Partake Glassell Park is the second location of Partake Collective a multi-tenant property in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. On top of construction administration, the project required site due diligence, utility upgrades, and liquor license entitlements, along with navigating LADBS case management and City Planning review.
